David Peake is the CEO of i-Adapt, a boutique management consulting firm and founder/author of Investor DNA. David is an organisational psychologist with over 30 years of practical experience in business strategy, leadership and change management. Over the past 5 years, David has worked extensively in the financial advice sector to help financial practices adapt to the current industry paradigm shift.

David’s specialisation is business transformation based on the $2M Australian Leadership Archetype Study. The landmark study identified the leadership style most effective in creating ‘volunteers’ for your cause, and not “whingers’, ‘prisoners’ or ‘saboteurs’. Lead us the right way and we are unstoppable. Lead us the wrong way and we are immovable. These insights dramatically accelerate your change efforts and your ROI return on investment.

Through Investor DNA, David brings this ‘people expertise’ to the table to help financial practices understand their clients at a much deeper level. A level that enables a financial practice to add more value whilst creating a client for life.

David is a former HR Manager for Hewlett-Packard and holds post-graduate qualifications in Psychology from Monash University and a certificate in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, Massachusetts, USA. David is passionate about innovative strategies that increase your bottom line, anticipating and adapting to paradigm shifts that challenge the status quo, creating social democracy and tapping into the ‘collective wisdom’ of an organisation to dramatically drive results. David is a registered psychologist and a member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).

Tony is a Senior Principal of i-Adapt and is both a consultant and entrepreneur. Tony has worked with David for over a twenty-year period and has led the services innovation effort. Tony holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Diploma of Arts (innovation) and is co-founder and Director of Siddons Solarstream, leaders in tri-application thermal solar heat pump systems for producing energy-efficient hydronic space heating, cooling and hot water.

Tony is also co-founder and Director of Siddons Enertec Industries (SETI), innovators in biomass and coal gasification, off-grid power plants and CO2 carbon capture. Tony has been also consulting with businesses on implementing innovation and business transformation for over twenty years.
