Who we are…
i-Adapt is the foremost exponent of Strategy, Leadership and Cultural Change in this country. For over 25 years, we have been working with businesses to increase sales, reduce costs and improve productivity.
As organisational psychologists, we adopt a whole systems approach that recognises that all elements within an organisation are interdependent and need to work in harmony.
Whilst numbers are important, they are not the strategy, but rather, a consequence of strategy achieved. Indeed, results depend upon how your strategy, leadership style and organisational culture ‘gel’.
The alignment, balance and interdependency between these elements are crucial. You can have the best strategy, but if leaders fail to lead or your culture fails to reinforce the basic tenets of your desired philosophy, you are doomed to fail. ‘Culture eats strategy for breakfast’, as they say.
