Professors’ Kotter and Heskett from Harvard Business School examined 207 companies across 22 different industries over an eleven-year period. That research established a direct link between corporate culture, performance and profit. In their research, adaptive cultures increased their revenues by an average of 682% versus 166% when compared to non-adaptive cultures, whilst profit increased by 756%, compared to 1% over the same period.
