This is not to say that we should regard the current history of an organisation as unimportant, it is important, but it is only one set of data that needs to be collected and processed.

Typically after the initial strategic planning conference, we work closely with key individuals through a number of processes to ensure that our work delivers the desired results, both in terms of the ‘hard’ numbers (growth, sales profit etc) and the ‘soft’ cultural factors (attitudes, values, behaviours etc).
